Why year-end works
With no one in, carpets can be extracted, floors scrubbed and kitchens stripped back without working around people. Everything is dry and ready when the team returns in January.
What to include
- Carpet extraction throughout
- Hard-floor scrubbing, and strip and reseal where needed
- Kitchen deep clean, including inside appliances
- Washroom descaling and grout cleaning
- High-level dusting and internal glass
Book early
Year-end slots fill up, so book in October or November. Agree access, alarm arrangements and who is on call over the holiday period.
