Office cleaning

Daily, alternate-day or weekly office cleaning before or after working hours, run to a room-by-room specification so you know exactly what is done and when.

What's included

  • Desks, phones, keyboards and door handles wiped and disinfected
  • Bins emptied, recycling separated and confidential waste bagged
  • Carpets vacuumed and hard floors mopped
  • Meeting rooms reset and whiteboards cleaned
  • Reception, stairs, lifts and common areas
  • Kitchen points and washrooms handled with their own colour-coded kit

How it works

Most offices need a full clean three to five times a week, with touchpoints and washrooms done every visit and deeper tasks such as high-level dusting rotated through the month. We set that out in a written schedule during the site survey, then price the labour it takes.

Cleans are usually booked before 8am or after 6pm so your team never works around a vacuum. Where a building is busy all day, a daytime cleaner can keep washrooms and kitchens in order between the main cleans.

FAQ

Office cleaning questions

How often should an office be cleaned?

Most occupied offices need cleaning at least three times a week, and daily where more than about 20 people share the space. Washrooms and kitchens should be cleaned every working day.

Can you clean during working hours?

Yes. Many clients prefer early-morning or evening cleans, but daytime janitorial cover is available for busier buildings.
