About Avenclear Cleaning
Avenclear Cleaning is a UK commercial cleaning business owned by VawltAI Ltd, built around one idea: every building should be cleaned to a written specification you can check.
How we work
Most complaints about cleaning come from the same place: nobody wrote down what should be done, so nobody can say whether it was. We start every contract with a site survey and a room-by-room specification, price it from the labour it needs, and audit it every month against the same document.
What you can expect
- A fixed monthly price built from a written specification
- Colour-coded equipment for every zone, following the UK cleaning colour code
- A named supervisor responsible for your site
- A monthly audit report
- Faults put right within one working day at no charge
