Carpet and hard-floor care
Hot-water carpet extraction and hard-floor scrubbing, stripping and sealing on a quarterly or annual cycle.
What's included
- Hot-water extraction for carpet tiles and broadloom
- Spot and stain treatment
- Vinyl and safety-floor machine scrubbing
- Strip and reseal of polished floors
- Entrance matting cleaned or replaced
- Quick-dry methods for weekday work
How it works
Vacuuming removes loose dirt, but ground-in soil builds up in walkways and around desks. Most offices need extraction at least once a year, and busy entrances every quarter.
Hard floors last longer when scrubbed on a cycle instead of only mopped. Polished floors also need periodic stripping and resealing to stay safe and easy to clean.

FAQ
Carpet and hard-floor care questions
How long until the carpet is dry?
Usually two to six hours depending on ventilation. Work is booked for evenings or weekends so it is dry by morning.
Is carpet cleaning part of a regular contract?
It can be built in as a periodic task, so it is planned and priced in advance.
