A price without a specification is a guess
Two offices of the same size can need very different amounts of cleaning. One has open-plan desks and a single washroom; the other has twenty meeting rooms, three kitchens and a busy reception. A quote based only on floor area treats them the same.
What the survey gives you
When we visit, we measure each area, note floor types and access times and agree what you want done. That becomes a written specification: every room, every task, and how often.
Why it matters later
The specification is what we price, what we clean to and what we audit against every month. If something is missed, there is no debate about whether it was included. If you want to change something, we change the document and the price together.
It also lets you compare us fairly with anyone else. Give our specification to another contractor and ask them to price the same work. See how to write a cleaning specification, or download our free template.
